The article starts of by saying ,"For adults" but what they are getting at is the idea that finding hard to reach or out of the way beaches is far easier without kids and their required beach gear in tow.
The guide isn't specifically naturist, but does mention those beaches thare are. A good resource if you are planning to head out that way.
