Why do bare breasts on the beach make some people's flesh crawl?

Writer John Bogert is asking a good question -- yet failes to deliver. Intead he does do a pretty good job of reviewing the efforts of Liana Johnson's to get the state to essentially enact topfree equality rights.

This is actually a pretty neat story in that Johnson has even gotten some good support behind her. Current California law can easily be interrepted as to force anyone woman arrested for being topfree to register on the state's sex offender list.

One other thing that writer Bogert does is reminds us that there still are people out there who belive men simply can't control themselves in the presense of a topfree womain. He quotes Randy Thomasson, president of The Campaign for Children and Families as saying, "We already have too many sexual assaults in our society. This will fuel that fire." Stone age thinking to be sure.
