Go Nude to Improve your Creativity

"Going nude is the most effective way to create a successful work routine. Especially for those doing creative work, there's a need at times to re-think the way you interpret things and stripping everything off can be a good start toward achieving that." -- Pshrink Rie Ueki

The above quote is from an AERA magazine article talking about the increased tendency of telecommuters in Japan to work in the nude. It also cites a study done by a California IT company that had similar findings.

Yu Natsumi is the author of "Nuudo Raifu he no Shotai (Invitation to a Nude Life)," and says that she and her family have been living a naturist lifestyle for 20 years. "It can turn introverts into positive thinkers," she says.

I couldn't agree more.

Interesting find and what he says makes good sense about removing clothing to remove barriers to creavity.

You mentioned Japan's increase in nude telecommuting. Here's another article on the nude telecommuting trend, but this is about the United States: 2.4 Million Nudist Telecommuters
