Va. teen nudist law challenge reinstated
Good news for AANR's lawsuit in VA. The 4th US Circuit Court of Appeals reinstated their lawsuit which had been dismissed in a lower court (the judge there say the case was moot since Whilte Tail Park surrendered their permit). Now the case goes back to the lower court for trial. See the story for more details....
UPDATE 7/7: KERRY DOUGHERTY of The Virginian-Pilot published a great review of the issues and supports the idea that nudist parents should have the right to raise their kids as they see fit. We couldn't agree more. (Link: Civil rights mandatory even where clothes aren’t)
