Older topless women deterring tourists, say police

Police in Romania seem to have fallen far from the tree (and hit their heads pretty hard). Constanta county Police chief Victor Popescu said: "Going topless has its age limit and old women going topless should understand this." We are freshly appauled. Sadly, there is more to the story.....
